As a Patient Care Coordinator at our Charlotte-based specialty practice, you'll be the hub of communication and efficiency. You'll handle the full spectrum of front-office responsibilities that keep our busy endodontics office running smoothly, from scheduling and intake to patient support and administrative coordination.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, managing check-in and intake processes
• Schedule appointments and manage the practice calendar for optimal patient flow
• Process insurance verification and pre-authorization requirements
• Answer patient inquiries with knowledge and courtesy
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative documentation
• Assist with billing, payment processing, and patient account management
• Support the clinical team with patient coordination and procedural scheduling
