As a Pastoral Assistant in Administration, you will be a key operational partner to parish leadership, overseeing the financial systems, fundraising initiatives, and administrative infrastructure that allow the parish community to flourish. What You'll Do

- Oversee and maintain the parish's financial resource systems, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with applicable policies
- Prepare, administer, and monitor both capital and operating budgets for the parish
- Establish and uphold confidential, accurate record-keeping systems across all administrative functions
- Evaluate office equipment and technology needs; manage procurement, maintenance, and upgrades to keep operations running efficiently
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to pastoral staff and parish leadership
- Coordinate communications and scheduling to support parish programs and services
- Maintain compliance with Archdiocesan administrative guidelines and reporting requirements
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in office administration, financial management, or nonprofit operations — parish or faith-based experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency managing budgets and financial records with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
- Familiarity with fundraising or stewardship programs, preferably in a religious or community organization setting
- Comfort evaluating and working with office technology and administrative software
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to a pastoral environment
