Passport Support Associate III

CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Passport Support Associate III to join CGI Federal's team supporting the San Diego Passport Agency. This is a full-time position located in San Diego, San Diego County, offering the opportunity to serve the public in a critical federal service role.

About the Role

As a Passport Support Associate III, you'll play a key part in ensuring passport services run smoothly for the San Diego Passport Agency. This position reports to management and requires someone who can thrive in a customer-facing environment while managing the complexities of federal passport operations. You'll handle responsibilities that directly support passport applicants and agency operations across the San Diego area.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support to passport applicants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and accuracy
• Process and track passport-related requests and documentation according to federal guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to support agency operations
• Assist with customer intake and support functions across the San Diego Passport Agency facility
