About the Role
As a Part-Time Sales Teammate at Lakeview Square, you'll be the friendly face helping customers discover products and complete their purchases. This position combines hands-on customer service with essential store operations—from managing transactions at the register to keeping merchandise displays inviting and merchandise organized throughout the store. You'll work flexible part-time hours supporting our core mission: creating a shopping experience guests genuinely enjoy and want to return to.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and complete sales transactions
- Operate registers accurately and handle cash and payment processing
- Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays that draw customer attention
- Pull merchandise for displays, restock shelves, and manage inventory logistics
- Perform routine store cleaning and maintain a neat, organized shopping environment
- Execute merchandising tasks according to Store Management direction
- Support store operations and respond to changing customer needs throughout your shift
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in helping customers and delivering friendly service
- Reliability and willingness to work assigned part-time hours consistently
- Basic math skills and comfort operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
- Attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation
- A collaborative attitude and openness to direction from Store Management
- Availability to work flexible schedules in a retail environment
