About the Role
As a Part Time Outpatient Therapist with Eliada Homes Inc, you will provide outpatient therapy services on a contract basis, focusing your energy on direct clinical care rather than administrative overhead. Our support staff manages much of the documentation and billing workload, freeing you to concentrate on meaningful, client-centered treatment. This is an on-site role based in Asheville, Buncombe County.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families seeking mental health support.
- Develop and carry out treatment approaches tailored to each client's clinical needs and goals.
- Build trusting, supportive therapeutic relationships that help clients make lasting progress.
- Coordinate with Eliada's administrative team, who handle a significant share of recordkeeping and billing tasks.
- Maintain professional, ethical standards consistent with quality outpatient mental health practice.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive through quality mental health care.
- Background as a mental health clinician qualified to provide outpatient therapy services.
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with younger clients and their families.
- Comfort working independently on a contract basis within a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
- Availability to work on-site in Asheville, Buncombe County.
