What You'll Do

- Communicate with store personnel to resolve merchandising issues and gather feedback
- Complete routine audits of product placement, pricing, and promotional compliance
- Report stock levels, damages, and merchandising opportunities to the regional support team
- Adhere to safety standards and store policies while performing duties on the sales floor
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, stocking, or visual presentation (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow visual guidelines accurately
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with store associates and team leads
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods while handling merchandise
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities and checking totals
- Availability to work a part‑time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent education
