About the Role
Marsden Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Level II or III to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, providing hands-on maintenance and equipment support at our property. This role emphasizes reliability, technical skill, and attention to detail in a property maintenance environment.
What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair property equipment and building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and respond to maintenance requests
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work completed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building policies
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated maintenance technician experience (Level II or Level III preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on capability with tools and equipment
- Attention to safety and adherence to workplace policies
