About the Role
As a Part Time Leasing Consultant with Legend Management Group, you will be the friendly face that prospective residents meet first. Based at our Clarksburg, Montgomery County community, this position centers on leasing apartment homes, driving marketing efforts, and nurturing strong, positive relationships with current residents. You will work a rotating schedule that includes weekends, totaling up to 29 hours per week, and report directly to the Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and the leasing process to help fill available homes.
- Support on-site marketing initiatives that attract qualified traffic to the community.
- Build and sustain positive resident relations through attentive, professional service.
- Maintain availability across a rotating schedule that includes weekend shifts, up to 29 hours weekly.
- Coordinate closely with the Property Manager on community goals and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
- Comfort working a flexible, rotating schedule that includes weekends.
- Ability to balance leasing, marketing, and resident-relations duties in a community setting.
- Willingness to comply with the company's mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
