Draft and help submit BIR reports together with other legally required government filings. Maintain precise, well-ordered, and current financial records and supporting files. Contribute to bank reconciliations and track cash movements carefully. Assist in producing financial reports and analyses for management review. Promote adherence to internal controls, company policies, and standard accounting practices. Aid audit preparations and the execution of any required corrective steps. Support accounting system maintenance, data entry, and continuous process refinements under the Accounting Manager’s guidance. Carry out other accounting or administrative tasks that align with the position when assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
