As a Doorstep Waste Removal associate with Trash Butler, you'll be a visible, trusted presence on property — making life easier for residents by handling their trash so they never have to leave their front door. This is a physically active, outdoor-friendly position that rewards dependability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

What You'll Do

• Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps on a scheduled route
• Transport collected waste to designated dumpsters or compactor areas on the property
• Complete your assigned route efficiently and on time, every shift
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Trash Butler positively with residents
• Report any property maintenance concerns, overflowing dumpsters, or safety hazards to your supervisor
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment
• Support porter and common-area cleanliness tasks as directed

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing your route without supervision
• Comfortable with sustained physical activity — walking, bending, and carrying loads throughout your shift
• Able to work evening or early-morning hours as the role requires
• Strong sense of accountability and pride in quality service
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with residents and property staff
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to reach your assigned Highland Park property
• No prior experience required — we provide on-the-job training
