Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

ODK Media is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, Orange County, supporting the audiences who love our premium streaming platforms. About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with ODK Media in Irvine, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our subscribers and viewers. Working on-site in Orange County, you'll resolve questions, troubleshoot account and streaming issues, and ensure every member of our community feels heard and supported across the languages they're most comfortable using.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist subscribers with account setup, billing questions, and streaming or playback troubleshooting.
• Provide support in both English and a second language to serve our diverse AAPI audiences.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex cases to the right internal teams.
• Share customer feedback that helps improve our platforms and the overall viewing experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (such as Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese) is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with genuine patience and empathy.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and learning new platforms quickly.
• Available to work on-site at our Irvine, Orange County location.
