Part Time Academic Success Coach

Join Brightmont Academy's Wedgwood learning center as a Part Time Academic Success Coach, where you'll deliver personalized one-to-one instruction to students in grades 1–12 without the burden of lesson planning or take-home work.

About the Role

We're seeking an engaging Part Time Academic Success Coach to work directly with students in our supportive learning environment. This flexible position focuses entirely on student instruction—no administrative tasks, no prep work outside your scheduled hours, no lesson planning. You'll build meaningful one-on-one relationships that help students gain confidence and academic momentum.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning pace and goals
• Work with students across elementary through high school levels in core academics
• Build rapport and foster a nurturing, encouraging learning environment
• Track student progress and communicate outcomes with parents and center staff
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs in real time
• Support students in building academic confidence and independent learning skills

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for working with students and supporting their academic growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly
• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to helping struggling learners
• Flexibility with schedule availability for part-time hours
• High school diploma or equivalent required; teaching credentials a plus but not required
• Reliability and commitment to consistent student relationships
