About the Role
As a Part Time Bridal Sales stylist with Davids Bridal in the US, you will be the trusted guide who turns wedding-day visions into reality. This customer-facing role blends genuine warmth, fashion know-how, and a passion for service to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience while supporting store sales targets and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude that reflects the Davids Bridal brand.
- Deliver consistent 5-Star Customer Service to each bride and guest who visits the store.
- Guide customers through our structured 5-Step Selling Process to recommend the right gowns and accessories.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and productivity expectations.
- Support the visual presentation, merchandising, and smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Qualifications
- A people-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, styling, and helping others feel confident on a milestone occasion.
- A goal-oriented approach and the drive to reach sales and service targets.
- Comfort following a defined selling process and contributing to store presentation and tasks.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule, including the flexible hours common in retail.
