What You'll Do

• Execute opening and closing procedures, including security protocols, system setup, and team preparation
• Manage inventory operations: receiving, stocking, organization, tracking, and shrink prevention
• Direct visual merchandising and store presentation to drive customer appeal and sales
• Lead daily sales initiatives and mentor team members to achieve performance targets
• Respond to customer needs and resolve issues to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development of store staff
• Monitor key metrics and communicate performance insights to store leadership
