About the Role
As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 with BoxLunch & Hot Topic in the US, you'll partner with the store leadership team to deliver standout customer experiences while championing a cause that matters. In this on-site, part-time role, you'll help guide the team, drive daily operations, and keep guests excited every time they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in creating a welcoming, best-in-class shopping experience for every customer.
- Help coach, motivate, and support fellow team members on the sales floor.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Promote the BoxLunch mission of giving back and turning purchases into meals for those in need.
- Step into a leadership presence to keep the store running smoothly during your shifts.
Qualifications
- Genuine enthusiasm for pop culture and connecting with a fan-driven customer base.
