About the Role
As a Part Sales Manager at AutoZone, you're the operational engine of your store location. This part-time position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer engagement, working under the Store Manager to ensure every day meets our standards for performance, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and service excellence standards
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store displays to maximize sales and customer experience
- Train and mentor staff on automotive parts knowledge, systems, and best practices
- Assist customers with product selection and technical automotive questions
- Handle cash reconciliation, transaction processing, and routine administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues to build loyalty and satisfaction
- Support the Store Manager with scheduling, compliance, and operational execution
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues
