Part Sales Manager

AutoZone is hiring a full-time Part Sales Manager at its Berrien Springs location — a hands-on store leadership role at one of the country's largest automotive parts retailers.

About the Role

As a Part Sales Manager at AutoZone in Berrien Springs, you'll work within the store management structure to keep daily operations running smoothly, build a high-performing team, and deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps drivers coming back. This position is part of AutoZone's store leadership career track, where managers and Managers in Training (MITs) are expected to lead by example and uphold the company's customer service standards at every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead store operations under the direction of the Store Manager, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively
• Model AutoZone's customer service expectations — known internally as WOW! Customer Service — on every shift
• Support, coach, and develop team members to meet both individual and store performance goals
• Take initiative on the sales floor to assist customers in finding the right parts and solutions for their vehicles
• Help drive store sales performance and maintain merchandising and inventory standards
• Step into supervisory responsibilities as needed, demonstrating accountability and strong follow-through
• Uphold AutoZone's core values and Live The Pledge in all interactions with customers and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience, with some exposure to a supervisory or team lead capacity preferred
• A genuine interest in automotive parts and a willingness to build product knowledge on the job
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
• Dependability, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
