About the Role
As a General Education Paraprofessional, you will work alongside classroom teachers to help elementary-aged students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a collaborative, in-person position rooted in a school culture built on respect, responsibility, kindness, and engagement, where each child's voice is heard and honored.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with teachers to support instruction and reinforce classroom learning for elementary students.
- Provide individualized and small-group assistance to help students meet their learning goals.
- Foster an inclusive environment where every student feels a genuine sense of belonging.
- Model and uphold the school's core values of respect, responsibility, kindness, and engagement.
- Support students' social and emotional growth with patience and without judgment.
