Cruitin is hiring an experienced Paralegal (Wage & Hour Class Action) to join a busy litigation team supporting attorneys on complex employment class actions in East Irvine, Orange County, with additional office locations in Los Angeles, Irvine, and Oakland, California. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a detail-driven legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume caseload environment.
About the Role
As a Wage & Hour Class Action Paralegal, you will work directly alongside attorneys handling employment litigation matters. The position demands sharp organizational instincts, meticulous accuracy, and the capacity to keep numerous active cases moving forward at the same time. If you enjoy structure, deadlines, and substantive legal work, this role offers the chance to play a central part in high-stakes class action proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assemble pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and professional legal correspondence.
- Review and proofread case documents to ensure precision and consistency before filing.
- Track and coordinate multiple wage and hour class action matters simultaneously.
- Maintain organized case files and support attorneys throughout each stage of litigation.
Qualifications
- Prior paralegal experience, ideally within wage & hour or class action litigation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort operating in a demanding, high-volume legal practice.
- Willingness to work on-site in East Irvine, Orange County, or a nearby California office.
