About the Role
As a Paint Mixing Attendant, you'll be an essential part of Boeing Commercial Airplanes' paint operations. Your work ensures that aircraft receive consistently formulated paint systems that meet rigorous aerospace standards. You'll operate in a collaborative manufacturing environment where your contributions support the production of next-generation commercial aircraft.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and mix paint formulations to exact specifications using standard aerospace paint systems
- Test and verify paint consistency, color accuracy, and viscosity to meet Boeing quality requirements
- Document all paint batches, ingredient measurements, and quality verification results
- Coordinate with production teams to deliver properly mixed paint on schedule
- Maintain the paint mixing workspace to comply with safety and environmental standards
- Operate and service mixing equipment while following all occupational safety protocols
- Handle chemical materials responsibly and report any safety or quality concerns immediately
