As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions and close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
  • Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
  • Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.

What It Takes To Succeed 

  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
  • Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
  • Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
  • Submit to a background screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
