Maintain a consistent follow‑up schedule with prospects and existing clients to foster referrals and repeat business. Report daily activities, pipeline metrics, and results to the sales manager. What We're Looking For A proven track record in outside sales, retail, or commission‑based roles (experience in security or home services is a plus but not required). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team objectives. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Clark County. Basic computer proficiency for CRM entry, email, and scheduling tools.
