The Aaron Center is hiring a full-time, on-site Outpatient Therapist (Bachelor's level) in Moscow, Lackawanna County, to deliver compassionate behavioral health support to individuals and families throughout the greater Scranton, Pennsylvania region.
About the Role
As a Bachelor's-level Outpatient Therapist at the Aaron Center, you'll join a long-standing, mission-driven team focused on accessible, person-centered mental health care. This is a full-time position based in our Moscow, Lackawanna County setting, where clinicians are encouraged to concentrate on direct client care within a collaborative, well-supported practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapeutic services to clients of varying ages, needs, and backgrounds.
- Conduct assessments and help develop individualized care approaches alongside the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Partner with colleagues and community resources to coordinate comprehensive support for clients and families.
- Uphold ethical, confidential, and culturally responsive care in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
- A genuine commitment to compassionate, high-quality outpatient mental health care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Moscow, Lackawanna County.
