Outpatient OT – Rehab Program Manager – Part-time

As the Outpatient OT - Rehab Program Manager, you will combine occupational therapy practice with program oversight across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. You will guide a rehab program while working directly with higher-functioning residents, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to residents across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient programs.
• Manage and coordinate the rehabilitation program, supporting day-to-day operations and clinical quality.
• Partner with residents who are higher functioning to build personalized, goal-driven care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes throughout the community.
• Help foster a flexible, balanced, and supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) eligible to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience in outpatient, assisted living, or independent living rehabilitation settings is valued.
• Program management or clinical leadership ability to oversee a rehab program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with residents and care teams.
