Outdoor Services Attendant – Summer

Join Shore Lodge Whitetail as a full-time Outdoor Services Attendant for our summer season. Based in Mccall, Valley County, you'll deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain our outdoor facilities to create unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences
• Maintain outdoor areas, grounds, and recreational facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill guest requests and service needs throughout their stay
• Set up and manage outdoor spaces for activities, dining, and events
• Assist guests with information about lodge amenities, local attractions, and outdoor opportunities
• Monitor outdoor facilities for maintenance needs and report issues promptly
• Support the team in delivering consistently excellent, five-star level guest service

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
• Physical ability to perform outdoor duties and maintain facilities in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining pristine outdoor environments
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Experience in guest service, hospitality, or property maintenance is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and guest needs
