The Opportunity
You'll receive 90% of load revenue—a direct revenue-share model that rewards your performance and milage. Paid every Friday on a Monday–Sunday cycle, you'll average 3,000 miles weekly. Create your own hometime schedule with no forced dispatch cycles, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments on your terms. Qualify for a $150 monthly safety and clean inspection bonus.
Core Duties
- Execute over-the-road freight routes across multiple states and meet customer delivery windows
- Maintain pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep your truck in DOT-compliant condition
- Record hours and track trips via Samsara ELD with integrated front-facing camera
- Coordinate with dispatch on load assignments and optimize your route planning
- Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations and keep accurate records
- Respond to shipper and receiver needs with professionalism
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating commercial vehicles for a carrier or logistics company
- A well-maintained truck meeting industry standards (no make or model restrictions)
- Pass a drug screening prior to orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own operational schedule
- Comfort using digital tools and electronic logging systems
