About the Role

As Operations Coordinator for Parks and Recreation, you'll be the driving force behind seamless daily operations across our facilities and programming. You'll manage schedules, coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and ensure every program runs smoothly from setup to completion. Your work directly supports staff, volunteers, and the public, making you a critical link between management and everyone who uses our recreational spaces and services.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations at multiple parks and recreational facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and maintenance
• Coordinate program schedules, facility bookings, and resource allocation across the department
• Manage communication between department leadership, facility staff, program instructors, and community members
• Track department processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance productivity
• Support event planning, program registration, and participant management
• Maintain records, documentation, and compliance with departmental standards and procedures
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to Parks and Recreation services
