Walmart is hiring a Full-Time Online Order Filling Team Supervisor at our Langley Air Force Base location in Hampton. Lead a dedicated team, manage daily fulfillment operations, and ensure every customer order is processed accurately and shipped on time.
About the Role
As an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment operations in our e-commerce facility. You'll mentor team members, drive operational efficiency, and maintain quality standards that keep our customers satisfied. This is a hands-on leadership position where your focus on process improvement and team development directly impacts business results.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of order fillers and warehouse associates
- Monitor order processing workflows to meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Train team members on safety protocols, company policies, and fulfillment procedures
- Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and workforce planning
- Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and cost savings
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and uphold facility standards
- Handle HR-related documentation and communicate performance feedback to your team
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Comfortable with inventory systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to stand and move throughout your shift
Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $19.50 to $32.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Walmart offers annual and quarterly performance incentives, and additional premiums may apply depending on schedule and facility requirements.
