About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor at Walmart, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This full-time position offers hourly compensation of $22 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance incentives and shift premiums.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor a team of order fulfillment associates, ensuring high productivity and quality standards
• Monitor order picking, packing, and accuracy rates to meet customer delivery expectations
• Train associates on proper handling, safety protocols, and inventory management procedures
• Manage schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for your team
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements
• Maintain compliance with Walmart safety and quality standards
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate order flow and resolve issues
