Walmart is hiring a full-time Online Order Filling Team Associate in Westminster, Colorado to join our growing fulfillment operations. In this role, you'll be essential to our e-commerce success, picking and packing customer orders with precision and efficiency every shift.

About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate at Walmart, you're part of the backbone of our e-commerce fulfillment network. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are picked accurately and packed carefully for timely delivery. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation starting at $18 to $31 per hour, with your actual rate depending on your location and qualifications. Beyond hourly wages, you'll be eligible for annual and quarterly performance incentives, plus potential facility or schedule-based premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in qualifying circumstances.

What You'll Do

• Pick items from warehouse locations according to customer order specifications
• Pack merchandise carefully to ensure safe delivery and customer satisfaction
• Verify pick accuracy and order completeness before shipment
• Operate warehouse management systems and handheld devices
• Organize and maintain assigned work areas to safety standards
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
• Collaborate with team members to consistently meet volume and quality targets
• Report discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors
• Adapt to changing priorities and peak fulfillment periods
