About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you'll be the engine behind Walmart's curbside and in-store pickup service. Working directly on the sales floor, you'll move quickly to gather, verify, and stage customer orders so every pickup is accurate, fresh, and ready on time. Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $29, reflecting applicable minimum wage requirements for the Houlton area. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, plus shift or facility premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on specific circumstances.

What You'll Do

• Receive and review digital customer orders using handheld scanning devices and in-store systems
• Locate and collect items across all store departments efficiently and accurately
• Select appropriate substitutions when a requested product is unavailable, following Walmart's guidelines
• Inspect items for quality and freshness, especially produce, dairy, and refrigerated goods
• Pack and label completed orders and stage them in designated pickup areas
• Coordinate with curbside pickup teammates to load orders into customers' vehicles
• Keep the order filling and staging zones organized, clean, and stocked with supplies
• Communicate clearly with team leads about stock issues, order delays, or customer concerns
