Qualifications Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, applied research, or policy advocacy, ideally connected to courts, justice systems, or community outcomes. Strong skills in working with data and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey nuanced information to varied audiences. A nonpartisan, collaborative approach and a commitment to public-interest impact.
