About the Role

Our COTA pool serves as a vital workforce supporting our comprehensive rehabilitation programs. As a part-time occupational therapy assistant, you'll work flexible hours while delivering direct patient care under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists. Your contribution helps patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities they value most.

What You'll Do

• Assist occupational therapists in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment sessions
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques tailored to individual recovery goals
• Help patients develop and practice functional skills for activities of daily living
• Document patient progress, observations, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and equipment
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to support continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies

• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
