Occupational Therapist

About the Role

This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in patient care. You'll work within our interdisciplinary team to help patients recover functional abilities and return to their daily activities with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring independence in activities of daily living
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Document patient progress, functional improvements, and treatment outcomes according to medical standards
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home safety modifications, and equipment use
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Current occupational therapy license in Kentucky
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Compassion for patients and commitment to promoting functional independence
