Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team in Springfield, Missouri. This is a full-time position for a compassionate OT professional ready to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through in-home therapeutic care and support. Position Summary As an Occupational Therapist with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, you will provide direct patient care in home and community settings throughout the Springfield area.
