About the Role

As an IT and Telecom Field Technician with HARDY INDUSTRIES in Saint Peters, you'll deliver on-site technical support to a growing national base of clients. This is far more than a typical helpdesk position: no two days look alike. One morning you might be configuring and installing an operating system, and the next you could be troubleshooting telecom hardware or standing up new equipment for a customer. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT and telecommunications support directly at client sites across our national service network
• Install, configure, and deploy operating systems, software, and related hardware
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that reach beyond routine helpdesk tickets
• Support, maintain, and upgrade telecom systems and connected infrastructure
• Deliver dependable, professional service that keeps our clients running smoothly

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience in IT and/or telecommunications
• Comfortable installing operating systems and working directly with hardware and software
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the drive to work independently in the field
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to adapt as tasks shift from day to day
• Willing and able to work on-site in and around Saint Peters, Saint Charles County (this is not a remote position)
