Role Overview

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive living environment.
• Work variable hours across day and night shifts, offering flexibility and support to the team.
• Contribute to the well-being of residents through attentive and empathetic care practices.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor the health and well-being of residents, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all residents.
• Participate in shift handovers to maintain continuity of care.
• Support social activities and events to enhance resident quality of life.

Requirements

• Experience in care work, particularly with elderly or vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing excellent care.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
