About the Role
This full-time position welcomes recent graduates of accredited nursing programs pursuing RN licensure. As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you'll join our dialysis healthcare team in a supervised practice capacity, delivering safe, evidence-based hemodialysis therapy to patients with end-stage renal disease. This role is structured for nursing graduates in states where licensure regulations require guided clinical practice before independent practice.
What You'll Do
- Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatment under clinical supervision
- Assess and document patient vital signs, fluid status, and clinical responses
- Educate patients on dialysis care, medication adherence, and nutrition
- Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, technicians, and social workers on patient care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Support infection control and safety protocols in the dialysis environment
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout treatment sessions
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program
- Eligibility or recent passage of the NCLEX-RN examination
- Valid state nursing license or pending licensure status per state requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Eagerness to develop expertise in specialized dialysis nursing
