EHE Health is hiring a Network Success and Development Manager to support and strengthen our national network of healthcare providers. This is a full-time, on-site position serving employers and their employees across the United States.
About the Role
As a Network Success and Development Manager, you'll build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers in our network. You'll work to ensure provider satisfaction and performance while supporting EHE Health's mission of delivering comprehensive preventive healthcare and early risk identification to mid-sized and large employers nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, practices, and healthcare facilities in our provider network
- Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing operational success
- Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen network performance and expand capacity
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between EHE Health and network partners
- Monitor provider performance metrics and report on network health and growth
- Partner with internal teams to address provider needs and resolve operational challenges
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in network management, healthcare business development, provider relations, or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with proven relationship-building success
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry practices and provider operations
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting business objectives and driving results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
