DSST Public Schools is hiring a full-time Network School Psychologist (Evaluation Specialist) for the 2026–2027 school year, serving middle and high school students across Denver and Aurora, Colorado.

About the Role

As a Network School Psychologist at DSST Public Schools, you will function as the primary evaluation specialist supporting a network of 16 campuses in the Denver and Aurora metro area. This is an in-person, school-based position headquartered in Denver, CO, with regular travel across the network to deliver timely, high-quality psychological evaluations and support equitable access to special education services for students in grades 6–12.

Compensation ranges from $72,500 to $88,400, scaled to aligned years of experience (up to 10 years). Candidates relocating from more than 75 miles outside Denver are eligible for a relocation stipend.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education eligibility across the network
  • Administer and interpret standardized cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
  • Write clear, legally compliant evaluation reports that inform IEP team decisions
  • Participate in eligibility determination meetings and provide recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
  • Consult with school counselors, special education coordinators, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
  • Travel regularly between DSST campuses in Denver and Aurora to meet evaluation timelines
  • Contribute to network-wide systems for progress monitoring, crisis response, and data-informed decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Colorado licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a School Psychologist
  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a K–12 setting, with a preference for secondary-level experience
  • Strong command of IDEA eligibility criteria and special education law in Colorado
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload across multiple school sites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing for diverse audiences
  • Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practice, and the academic success of all students
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for inter-campus travel
