Control Center Network Analyst

Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd is hiring a full-time Control Center Network Analyst for our Princeton Junction, New Jersey location. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to manage critical network infrastructure while working with a dedicated operations team focused on data center excellence and network performance.

About the Role

As a Control Center Network Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing network systems and infrastructure. Reporting to the VP of Data Center Operations and Network Infrastructure, you will play a key role in ensuring network availability, performance, and security across our operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor network performance, traffic patterns, and system health in real-time
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues and infrastructure problems
• Maintain and configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances
• Document network incidents, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions for operational records
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams on network maintenance and upgrade initiatives
• Ensure network security protocols and compliance with organizational policies
• Analyze network performance metrics and generate reports on system reliability and availability
• Respond promptly to network alerts and escalations

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols, and infrastructure systems
• Experience with network monitoring tools and systems administration
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in demanding environments
• Familiarity with data center operations and network management
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
• Relevant IT certifications or formal training (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
