About the Role
As our National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic account relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure our largest clients receive exceptional support. You'll balance relationship management with operational excellence, working cross-functionally to solve client challenges and achieve shared growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with key national accounts
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and service teams
- Develop strategies to strengthen long-term client partnerships
- Track metrics and report on account performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven account management or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution
- Self-motivated with drive to exceed targets
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
