About the Role
This Senior QC Analyst role sits at the heart of operational excellence and regulatory compliance within our mutual fund servicing business. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive quality assessments, identifying operational strengths and vulnerabilities, and championing improvements that elevate our standards and deliver consistent client service quality.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed quality control reviews of mutual fund account servicing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze transactions, account maintenance, and service delivery against established quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement across mutual fund operations
- Support the organization's commitment to regulatory compliance by monitoring adherence to fund servicing rules and standards
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified quality issues
- Track quality metrics, prepare reports, and communicate findings to operations and management teams
- Contribute to training and process documentation that strengthens organizational knowledge and operational discipline
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality control, operations, or compliance roles—preferably in mutual fund, investment services, or financial operations
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail that enables you to spot process gaps and quality issues
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and build support for process enhancements
