About the Role
Mindrift connects industry specialists with technology companies for project-based AI work. This engagement is not permanent employment—you'll participate in discrete projects as needed. Your work will involve testing and evaluating AI systems, leveraging your background in mortgage underwriting to assess AI performance in financial and lending contexts.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and assess their quality and accuracy
- Test AI systems in real-world financial services scenarios
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
- Review and validate AI responses against established standards
- Support the development and refinement of AI systems with domain expertise
What We're Looking For
- Proven mortgage underwriting experience
- Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify AI system strengths and gaps
- Flexibility to engage with project-based, part-time work
