About the Role

As a Morning Caregiver with Visiting Angels Lincoln, you will help seniors begin their day with dignity and confidence in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lincoln, Lancaster County, focused on the morning hours when clients most need a helping hand with their daily routines. You will become a trusted, friendly presence who supports independence and peace of mind for both clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning routines, including personal care, grooming, and getting ready for the day
• Support mobility, safe transfers, and gentle help moving around the home
• Prepare nutritious breakfasts and offer reminders for medication and appointments
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping living spaces tidy and safe
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Observe and report any changes in a client's health or wellbeing to the care team

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for caring for older adults with respect and compassion
• Dependability and strong morning availability for full-time hours
• Patience, attentiveness, and clear communication skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work as part of a team
