About the Role

As an MBSE Modeler at Epsilon C5I, you'll architect and document complex system solutions for government and commercial clients who depend on reliable, integrated command and control infrastructure. Working at the ES3 level, you'll translate mission requirements into structured models that drive engineering decisions, support acquisition strategy, and enable seamless system integration across distributed environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop comprehensive system models using model-based systems engineering tools and methodologies
• Document system architecture, requirements flow-down, and interface specifications with precision and clarity
• Collaborate with systems engineers, software architects, and stakeholders to capture and validate system behavior and performance expectations
• Analyze complex requirements and decompose them into traceable, implementable model components
• Support trade studies, system verification, and validation activities through detailed modeling analysis
• Maintain model integrity and consistency across the system lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and MBSE best practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience applying MBSE principles and tools in real-world system development
• Strong proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals, requirements management, and system architecture
• Excellent technical documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Current or ability to obtain a security clearance (required for this position)
• Self-directed problem-solving approach with attention to detail and quality
