Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar
- 4-6 years of corporate law experience, with significant focus on EC/VC transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
