Direct Counsel
Finance (UCC) Associate Attorney to join its Finance group in New York, with a focus on UCC and secured transactions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in finance, secured lending, or related transactional work
- Experience with secured transactions and financing documentation required
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9 and Article 8 strongly preferred
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in
