Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is hiring a full-time Merchandising Sales Associate to join its Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in Dalton, Whitfield County — a hands-on, store-level role focused on delivering consistent merchandising execution across an assigned district.

About the Role

As a FAST Team Member, you'll travel between stores within your district to independently complete variable merchandising projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with store staff and customers to keep every location looking its best and operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute planogram resets and updates across multiple store locations within an assigned district
• Assemble and install merchandise fixtures and displays
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date in-store signage throughout each location
• Provide hands-on support for a variety of store merchandising tasks as needed
• Engage professionally with customers and fellow Team Members during store visits

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to stores across an assigned district
• Comfortable with physical, task-oriented work including fixture assembly and floor resets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planogram schematics precisely
• Reliable, self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Effective communication skills for interacting with store teams and customers
