Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in arriving patients, ensuring a smooth and professional registration experience.
• Enter patient demographic and insurance details into the practice management system with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments across cardiology and assigned float locations.
• Collect copayments at the time of service and reconcile related front-desk transactions.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and resolve discrepancies prior to visits.
• Travel between Baptist Health Care office locations in the Pensacola area as scheduling and coverage needs dictate.
